N.A.S.A.'s Importance in the world

Have you ever wanted to now whats in space? That's whats N.A.S.A. wants to now to.N.A.S.A. is the National.Aeronautic and SpaceAdministration. N.A.S.A 's Head Quarters are located in Washington D.C. N.A.S.A was created by Dwight D.Eisenhower in 1958.
N.A.S.A is very important in the world, without it we would probable not know anything about space . Thing about it there would be a big gap in the science textbook you have or filled with stuff that isn't even true. What a lot of people don't know is that N.A.S.A. does more than search space. N.A.S.A. technology helps keep fruits and vegetables clean and protected them from germs and improves tire deflation techniques that helps bring cars to a complete stop. So without N.A.S.A. we wouldn't have a lot of things we have now.
N.A.S.A. has made a lot of great achievements. Even though America came out with there space program a year after the Soviet space program lauch of the world's first human-made satellite,Sputnik. But America had its little achievements to,like on May 5,1961 Alan B.Shepard Jr. became the first America in space. In Feb.20, 1962 John Glen became the Frist American to orbit the Earth.Also, they made a lot of programs that were suscessful, like the Apollo program, and skylab.
N.A.S.A.'s Buget is very high. Last year it was $17 billion I don't know the Budget this year but I think it is still the same. But some of the missions are important the Aura Mission about the earths health and the CALIPSO,mission the one about the air we breath. True some missions aren't as important as others like the The Cluster ESA/NASA Mission, Earths Magnetosphere and Galex,Star Formation map. But we have to take our part in science.
To Concluded NASA is very important. Althou some missions aren't as useful as others we must surport them.This ends my statement on NASA.
